Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we have implemented the following new policies to ensure peace of mind and provide the best possible experience at our pick-up soccer sessions.

Guarantee Policy

We now guarantee that there will be enough players for a full game at each pick-up soccer session. If we can't meet this guarantee, we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7 days.

To be eligible for a refund you must:

• Attend the full session
• Notify the organizer of your refund request.

Weather Policy (Outdoor sessions only)

If weather conditions are not suitable for play (e.g., thunderstorms), sessions will be canceled and registered players will be issued a full refund.
